Delivery Policy

Ah! Almost everyone asks this question… How do you deliver those goodies?

Route Based – Community Delivery (Bulk Order)

We have flexible delivery routes on certain days of the week. And on these days, our own, trained delivery person, does multiple deliveries along a route in a very hygienic manner. This option is waaay more economical (sometimes upto 80% less!! ) than sending via individual deliveries through 3rd party delivery services (like Duzno, Swiggy Genie)

Here are our current delivery routes
* HSR Layout – Wednesdays every week
* Koramangala, Madivala – Thursdays every week
* Marathalli, Whitefield and surrounding areas – Fridays every week
* Sarjapur Road, Bellandur and surrounding areas – Saturdays every week

If you are ordering from around any of the above areas, do write to us on Whatsapp (9538777718), and we would be happy to share more details.

Delivery Time is between 3 pm and 9 pm Tue to Sat. In case you need the goodies by a specific time, we can send it via 3rd party delivery (see below) since we currently cannot guarantee a particular delivery timeslot.

Self Pickup

Just drop in at our place, and pickup your pre-ordered goodies. We would love to meet up with you!

3rd Party Delivery Services

The goodies can also reach you via 3rd party delivery services like Dunzo, Swiggy Genie or Telyport.

Outstation Delivery

We can also ship outstation via DTDC, Bluedart, Fedex etc and we will be charging actuals for the same.

Delivery timeline is 2-3 working days outside Karnataka.

PS – A disclaimer from us – We send the items in the best packaging possible (also as eco friendly as possible), as early as we possibly can, based on the availability of the courier. We book the courier for you (at actual cost) so that you dont have to take the hassle. Unfortunately though, sometimes, goods do get lost, damaged, delayed in transit. We cannot be held responsible for the same and a refund cannot be provided. Also we cannot commit to a date of delivery since that is handled by the courier folks. Once the courier is sent, we will send you (on the next day) the bills for the actual courier charges and tracking slip e-copy (on Whatsapp) . You can then track the courier delivery using the tracking slip.
