Ingredients
Dried Cranberries – 15g
Almonds – 25 g
Walnuts – 15g
Dates – 40g
Cashews – 15g
Method
- Measure all ingredients
- Dry roast all the nuts until fragrant
- Pulse Dates to a paste and keep aside
- Pulse nuts coarsely along with cranberries
- In a bowl mix the dates paste along with pulsed nuts
- Make into equal sized balls
- Enjoy as such (or)
- Preheat the oven to 350F.
- Transfer the balls to a baking tray lined with parchment paper
- Bake for 3 to 4 min
- Allow it to cool and enjoy
- Shelf life: 2 – 3 weeks
- Storage: Store in an airtight container – keep refrigerated
