Homemade fresh cream!!

Rich & creamy fresh cream made from full fat A2 organic milk.

Ingredients :


Full fat Milk – as req


Method :

  • In a saucepan boil the milk. once it boils simmer the milk fr 15-20 mins
    dont disturb it..
  • Allow it to cool down
    once cooled keep in refrigerator.. A thick layer of cream ll b formed.
  • Remove that & store in freezer
  • Repeat the process with remaining milk or start with fresh batch of milk. This helps u get the richest & fattiest cream.
  • I used to collect regularly on daily basis & store it in an airtight container in freezer.
  • Once the required amount is collected keep it in refrigerator fr a day so it thaws on its own now process it in a food processor or blender until creamy.
  • Do not blend too much.. Else it ll form butter.
  • cream is ready

This fresh cream can be used to make curries, ice cream, chocolate ganache…
