Return Policy

Delays in deliveries can be expected during lock downs, rains and other unforeseen situations. These are unfortunately not in our control and refund or returns will not be possible.

Due to the nature of the product, we do not offer returns. However, we will be glad to replace any item that has been damaged due to errors from our side or if they are damaged during deliveries done by our staff. It is the customers responsibility to check the product before accepting it. We will not be liable for any damages post delivery.

Any External Deliveries organized by the customer do not qualify for returns for safety reasons.

Replacement Policy

We are committed to ensuring that you are satisfied with your order. If there are any issues with your cake or dessert, please follow the guidelines below for a replacement.

Design Issues

If the cake design does not match your selection or does not meet your expectations, please:

  1. Raise the issue with our customer service team immediately at the time of receiving the delivery.
  2. Our team will promptly look into the matter.
  3. We will replace the cake if the issue is confirmed, or try to provide a suitable solution.

Quality and Taste Issues

If there are any issues with the taste or quality of the cake or dessert, please:

  1. Inform us within 12 hours of receiving the delivery.
  2. Our team will investigate the matter thoroughly.
  3. Once the issue is verified and approved, a replacement will be provided.

At Beige Marvel Bakery, we are committed to using only the most premium ingredients in all our products and prepare them according to standard recipes that have been cherished by our customers for years.

We understand that taste and sweetness are highly subjective preferences, and we strive to cater to a diverse range of palates by adhering to these well-loved recipes. As a result, we are unable to modify or control the sweetness levels for individual orders.

Please note that we are not liable to provide a refund or replacement if a customer raises an issue regarding the taste or flavor of the product. We appreciate your understanding and continued support.

Cancellations Policy

Cancellations will be considered if made prior to 24 hours to the date of delivery. We do not accept cancellations within 24 hours of the delivery date, due to the nature of the product. 

We do not accept cancellations for orders that have items ordered from external vendors like flowers, toppers, toys etc.
